The ComplianceWise web application supports all modern web browsers.
The ComplianceWise Inspection Editor is a high-performance, "Install-Free" app. We use advanced web technology (PWAs) that allows the software to function like a traditional app without requiring a trip to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Thanks to our built-in offline mode, the app remains functional in the field even without a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. You can complete inspections and capture photos offline; your data will automatically sync to your ComplianceWise account the moment you're back in range.
For the best experience, we recommend a tablet or larger screen.
ComplianceWise works on any Windows PC, Apple iPad, or Android tablet with a modern web browser — no special hardware required. We recommend Google Chrome for best performance.
There is no up-front equipment cost if you already have a compatible device. Each project has a one-time setup fee; contact us for details.
Your data is stored exclusively on ComplianceWise-owned and operated servers — it is never transmitted to or stored on third-party cloud platforms. This matters particularly to clients in sensitive industries where data sovereignty is non-negotiable.
We protect your data through multiple layers of security:
- Encryption in transit: All data between your device and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit TLS.
- Physical security: Our servers are housed in a restricted-access data center protected by biometric scanners, security access cards, and locked cabinets — accessible only to authorized ComplianceWise personnel.
- Network security: Two layers of firewalls protect our servers from unauthorized internet access.
- Availability & backups: ComplianceWise runs on a highly available cluster with no single point of failure. Data is replicated in real-time and snapshotted every 15 minutes, with 90 days of retention.

We believe you should stay with ComplianceWise because you value the service, not because leaving feels impossible. You can request a full archive of your records at any time at no charge, ensuring you remain compliant with state and federal record-retention laws. Your archive includes:
